While we make every effort to ensure the quality of instructors, we cannot be held responsible for their actions, behavior, or the services they provide.

4. Pricing

The prices listed on our website are indicative and may differ from the prices charged by the individual instructors. Prices are set by the instructors and may vary based on factors such as location and experience. Any discrepancies in pricing should be discussed directly with the instructor before booking lessons.

5. Booking and Payment

Pupils are required to pay the instructor directly for lessons. Payment can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer, as agreed upon with the instructor. By booking a lesson, you confirm your understanding that payments are made directly to the instructor and not through DrivingSchoolsNearMe.com.

6. Lesson Timing

While we strive to match you with an instructor based on your preferred time, please note that the times you request are not guaranteed. The availability of instructors is subject to their schedules, and we cannot guarantee that the requested time will be available. We recommend confirming the instructor’s availability before booking your lessons.

7. Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify the instructor at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge, which is at the instructor’s discretion. Any cancellations or changes to the lesson schedule should be made directly with the instructor.

8. Liability

DrivingSchoolsNearMe.com is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during driving lessons or as a result of using our service. Any claims arising from the services provided by instructors must be directed to the instructor or their insurer.
